Grace - I really appreciated hearing about your background and how clearly you laid out your thinking on the ways religion in America, and beyond, has historically been shaped by the construct of whiteness and the theology of invisibility. I’d love to hear more about the idea of invisibility and how it intersects with the Quaker school where you teach.

Fair enough, and yet given you have 24, is there a particular one (or two) you feel hits my question a bit more than others?

I think her book Invisible: Theology and the Experience of Asian American Women would be a great place to start. Here's the link ... https://a.co/d/3vySnf7

I've not read it yet, but in our discussion, when I brought up the 'theology of invisibility' section of "When God Became White," she referenced it.

Thanks, Bronce!

"Invisible" is a good book to start and then "When God Became White" and also "Healing Our Broken Humanity". Thank you.
